How do I book a trip?
Call or visit the captain's website from their page. We don't take bookings or payments.

No. We don't publish reviews or ratings.
Something on a listing is wrong or looks like a scam.
Use "Report this listing" on its page.
For captains
How do I list?
If you're on Ohio's list, find your entry and choose "Claim this entry". Otherwise start at List your charter. Payment is $49 for 12 months.
How do I sign in?
Sign in. We email a one-time link; no password.
How do I edit my listing?
Sign in, then Edit. Changes go live when they pass our checks.
How do I renew?
Use the link in your reminder email, or sign in, then Renew. Renewing adds 12 months to your end date (or to today, if it has ended).
Why isn't my listing attached to my ODNR entry?
The name on your PayPal payment didn't match the names on the entry. How matching works
Where are my receipts?
Sign in, then Receipts.
How do I put the badge on my website?
Sign in, then "Put our badge on your website", and copy the code.
How do I delete my listing?
Sign in, then Delete. It goes offline at once. There's no refund.
I didn't get the sign-in email.
Check spam. Links last 20 minutes and work once; request a new one.
Removing or restoring an Ohio entry
How do I remove my entry?
Open your entry (search your name) and choose "Remove this entry". Confirm from the email we send; it's gone within a minute and stays removed when ODNR's list updates. It's free.
How do I bring it back?
Use "Restore" on the confirmation page, or open /restore/ followed by your entry's address (for example /restore/your-entry-name). Free. It's then locked to your email for 12 months.
Can someone else remove my entry?
The form asks the requester to confirm they are you or authorized by you, and to confirm by email. If your entry was removed and you want it back, restore it; it then locks to your email for 12 months.
Payments
How do I pay?
Through PayPal. Your item activates as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.
My payment is "pending".
Some payments take PayPal a few days to clear. Your item goes live when it clears, and any port spot is held for you meanwhile.
Refunds?
I paid twice.
We detect it and email you a credit code for the second payment.
