Refund policy

1. All sales are final once your item is active. There is no auto-renewal.
2. If we fail to activate or deliver within about an hour, you automatically receive a credit code for the full amount.
3. If PayPal refunds or reverses a payment, the item switches off automatically.

Credit codes are emailed automatically and cover the full price of the item, so you can use one to get the same item at no charge. If you pay twice for the same order, the second payment becomes a credit code too. We don't start cash refunds. Any refund PayPal makes, including through a PayPal dispute, switches the item off.
